Kohlrabi Leaf Wraps

You can use those growing kohlrabi leaves in place of taco shells or tortillas. The large stout leaves hold up well when stuffed with your favorite sandwich ingredients.

Ingredients
 2 kohlrabi leaves
 1 tbsp french onion dip
 1 oz sliced ham, chicken or other protein
 1 oz cheese Slice
 3 sliced dill pickles or green olives

Prep kohlrabi leaves by removing thickest part of the stems and washing thoroughly under cool water.

Place washed leaf on plate and smear with french onion dip.

Add ham (or other protein) slice, cheese and pickles/olives. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and roll into a wrap,
